Does LiveCode on Mac produce buttons according to some in-built Apple standard, or to a standard defined in the IDE?

The controls change when you change the macOS version

So I would say they follow the System at hand.

So, it would seem that in LC/OXT there is no way to guarantee cross-platform or machine-to-machine consistency with buttons as such. Which, of course, throws a spanner in the works re page layout and GUI design.

I have done that many times, and got sick and tired of it, and wondered were there not a way we could set up the IDE to do that automatically.
