I like the idea of having an attributions option:
We could have this set as a custom property, but I suppose it would be possible to have a section on the inspector where you can set this. Essentially recording it as a notes field. It might be handy to be able to add it to stacks and cards too, so that you can add notes about who created a stack, for example. (although, you could equally just do that as a small text field somewhere too).
