Very interesting idea.
Did you have to change the revMenubar stack much to do this?
It might be good to have this as a preference. I'm intrigued as to how this would work on a mac though as the in-stack menubar (file, edit, view menus etc) would disappear in place of the MacOS system one? (Hopefully it degrades gracefully and just makes the palette shorter in height)

Unfortunately the original files are lost, but . . . as far as I remember the whole thing was as about as simplistic and primitive as one could get, involving code of this sort:
and a few lines to reshape the stack and the backGroundColor.

I like vertical command accessors in an IDE that lets devs run and code at the same time, leaving the macOS universal menu bar available for your app the dev is working on, while decluttering for the other platforms.
