Can anyone tell me if I have a chance to BUILD "LC 9.7.0 DP-1" on macOS 12?

You may well run into a kind of macOS 'dependency hell' to coin a linux phrase.
My guess is it'll try and link into things that just aren't available as they have been replaced or superseded with different technologies.
