Well: to cut a short story long: I spent a large part of last night in the bathroom (NO: I was NOT having a prolonged wallow in the bath tub): and as my guts are autonomous my mind was free to wander (especially after I had finished a fairly unsatisfactory whodunnit), and, almost inevitably (shows my age) my imagination drifted back to my Primary school in about 1971 . . .
And I recalled Mrs Rae (my class teacher, bless her memory) showing us how to make flipbooks . . .
