Well, selfishly, I made mine without drop shadows as that suited my purposes.I also did versions with drop shadows.

It's just trying to make it work for everyone's purposes I guess.
Here's a version that's a stack - so you can swap out the logo or whatever, as it's just a group.
Plus you can copy and paste the group to your stack too. - Yes, I know you can do that with a PNG of course, but at least this way you can mess about with it, no image editor required.
