Highlight.js has xTalk / OXT (Server) language support, which is nice.
If you've ever poked around at the innards of the Dictionary stack, you'd see that employs Highlight.js to do its formatting inside a Browser Widget instance too, only its restricted there to "black on blindingly bright white" color scheme.

The rev .lc language pack made it upstream to the JS lib and so you can use this demo page to see it in action in darkmode. Just go to https://highlightjs.org/demo and paste in some script, it should detect the language automatically. But it could guess "AppleScript" too depending on the script.
