Exposing the Debugger?

Post by richmond62 »

Finding the debugger is proving a right b*gger!

It seems ONLY to become available AFTER something goes wrong.

It would be extremely nice were there a menu item 'just there' to open a Debugger window whenever it suited us.

Or, at least, when code is rubbish:

Singularly unhelpful.

Technically the script editor is the debugger. If you turn on 'Variable Checking', that may help show errors like this.

Technically
Thank you, I am aware of that: but it can be a right @£$%^&* if one has a 'monster' script that HAS to be open to see the debugger and obscures the actual stack.

Yes, I agree. My fix for that is a bigger screen or a second screen.

I have 2 27" things and a 21", and as such things are not problematic.

Move to teaching with single 1024 x 720 jobs and . . .
