This probably some sort of beta version of the upcoming LC IDE.

Interestingly enough it seems to be accessed through a web-browser.

That's the Xavvi interface which is a superset of v10 interface as I understand it. That is Xavvi's AI interface dialog which v10 will not have.

I am well aware of what the great, big white thing is in the middle of the screen: but what I am
refering to is the other stuff visible in that screen shot.
