Still working on OXT every.single.day. GitHub does not reflect everything I do because I'm using cloud storage to share files between workstations while working them. Over the last few weeks I've written a fairly massive release note, and I have done a ton of work on the default 'Start Center', which is modeled after the HyperCard Welcome stack meant for absolute xCard beginners (with Hyper-Links, basic examples and things on each card ) as well it is meant to be easily user-replaceable for experienced users to use as sort of the User-Home stack (the actual Home stack already taken by the IDE as its mainStack). Both of these have swelled into volumes of text that are probably too verbose, need editing and I'm sure need grammatical and spelling corrections (I REALLY need to get spell checking integrated into the IDE). It's somewhat helpful to have a Text-to-Speech API read it back.

Still sort or working out that 'Stack Forwarder" mechanism, I'm starting to think it should actually be using 'Clone stack' instead of using 'Palette stack' or 'open stack', and the locking/unlocking-for-editing methods so that the user can customize and then can 'save as...' or just close it which won't ask user to save because it's an ephemeral cloned stack only existing in memory).

This 'Start Center' stack will open in LC CE, but there's things in this stack that will only work properly with the OXT IDE and it's modifications such as the launch URL "tel:123-456-7890" 'Dial' on the "Networking and Communications" Card.

sets the vis of the stack to false, and shows the Extension Manager.

BUT, on closing the Extension Manager the visibility of the Start Center stack in NOT restored.

This stray field is there because I'm very much working on this stack right now, and have inadvertently written multiple
draft versions which I'm now trying to combine into a cohesive whole. I think the information needs to be distributed more across different cards. if you add any new cards and then reopen the stack the card-Index background group will update itself.
