The program is called Decker and the web version shown at the link above is a grungy 8 bit copy of Hypercard in all its glory. The language is now called Lil and it seems to be a significant departure - perhaps not even an xTalk anymore. You can read and decide for yourself here.https://beyondloom.com/decker/lil.html

It also includes a command line interface - which is pretty much the exact opposite of user friendly in my opinion. But it looks like the author is having fun and I thought the folks here might be interested.
